Job summary

Spring Gardens Olympus Ranch in Murray, Utah is seeking an Executive Director to lead our team of residents and staff with a focus on compassionate care and operational excellence.

The candidate will oversee daily operations, manage finances and occupancy goals, and drive staff development while upholding a warm, respectful culture for residents and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or related field preferred.
• Meaningful on-site leadership in senior living preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides team leadership to managers and staff to foster cooperation and growth.
• Supervises resident care, responds to questions, and solves problems promptly.
• Ensures compliance with rules and regulations to maintain a citation-free community.
• Manages operations and maintains communication with the corporate office on issues.
• Oversees financial performance and works to meet occupancy and budget goals.
• Coordinates with marketing and other departments to welcome new residents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing Team Leadership: Leads the team of managers and staff to create a culture of cooperation, accountability, and growth. Works to treat employees fairly, training each of the employees to succeed, and then consistently looking for ways to help the employees grow.
• Supervising and Assisting with Resident Care:
• Interacts with residents regularly, responding to questions promptly and solving problems appropriately as they arise.
• Consistently works towards being a citation free community. Regularly reviews rules and regulation to ensure compliance.
• Operations Management: Maintains close relationship and reporting with the local corporate office regarding ongoing property issues and developments.
• Financial Management: Reports to the local corporate office regularly as to the financial performance of the building. Strives to meet and exceed budget occupancy goals for the community.
• Building Lease Up: Engages with the in-house marketing director and coordinates with the other department managers to move in new residents to the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will have the following characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or related field preferred.
• Have meaningful on-site experience providing leadership in senior living preferred
