Job summary

TriStarr seeks an Executive Director to guide a mission-driven nonprofit in Lancaster County, PA. You will lead a dedicated team, cultivate donor and partner relationships, and shape strategy to expand access to post-secondary education.

Key responsibilities include fundraising, financial oversight, operations, and community representation. Flexible work options are available, with a hybrid Lancaster County presence; start date January 1, 2027, and compensation up to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in fundraising, relationship building, and operational leadership.
• 5+ years in nonprofit management, fundraising, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire others.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft, Google, and other software.
