Integrated Community Living and Par in Allentown, PA seeks an Executive Director to lead a mission-driven nonprofit focused on empowering individuals and strengthening the community. You will guide a dedicated team, oversee programs, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include setting strategic goals, managing budgets, fundraising, grant writing, and building partnerships with government agencies and funders; you will serve as the organization’s primary spokesperson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in nonprofit management or related field.
• 5+ years of senior leadership or executive management experience in nonprofit or human services.
• Budget management, financial oversight, and resource development experience.
• Strong knowledge of community living, disability services, or social services.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with government agencies, funders, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills; donor relations and grant writing experience.
• Compassionate, mission-driven leader with advocacy and inclusive community focus.

• Strong knowledge of community living, disability services, or social services programs

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with grant writing, fundraising, and donor relations
