Job summary

LCS seeks an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the Cypress of Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina. This senior leadership role delivers overall community operations, guiding residents, families, and staff toward exceptional experience and performance.

You will partner with regional leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and attract and develop a high-performing team across independent living, memory care, assisted living, and skilled nursing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field.
Nursing Home Administrator License in North Carolina strongly preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related field.
Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners.
Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for community operations.
Monitor key operational metrics and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as organizational policies and standards.

LCS is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead the overall operations for the Cypress of Charlotte located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As the Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the community, creating an environment where residents thrive, and the employees feel valued and engaged.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overall performance and success of the community. You will partner closely with residents, families, employees, and organizational leaders to ensure an exceptional experience at every level.

The Cypress of Charlotte is a Life Plan community that offers independent living, memory care, assisted living, home health, and skilled nursing.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, senior living, hospitality, or related field
Nursing Home Administrator License in the sate of North Carolina strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment
Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics
Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners
Experience leading a senior living Life Plan community
