Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Boise, Idaho seeks an Executive Director to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for residents and families. Lead management and frontline staff, maintain census levels, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Drive recruitment and retention while upholding Edgewood standards. The role requires Idaho RCA licensure, an associate’s degree, and proven experience supervising staff and managing business operations, with geriatrics or memory-care background valued.
