Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Fruitland, Idaho, is seeking a Wellness & Enrichment Assistant to support residents’ physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. This full-time role includes planning on-site and off-site activities, supervising safety, and encouraging participation to enhance daily living.

You’ll assess supply needs, set up events, and follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies while embracing ongoing learning and a passion for helping others. Weekend shifts required.

• Experience in activities or recreation programming, desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
