Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Fremont, NE is seeking an Executive Director to ensure the ongoing success of our memory care community, and to meet the needs of residents, families, and staff. You will oversee daily operations, provide strong leadership to management and frontline staff, and drive staff recruitment, retention, and high-quality care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Assisted Living Administrator certification is required.
• Medication Aide certification is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in related field required.
• Experience with business operations.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

As an Executive Director at Edgewood, you’ll ensure the success of our community so that we meet the needs of our residents, their families, and our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Provide leadership to management and frontline staff
• Manage staff recruitment and retention
• Maintain census levels to support business operations
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
