Job summary

Genesis in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to lead food and dining operations across an assigned nursing center and support others. You will plan, supervise, and guide menu planning, preparation, and service of regular and therapeutic diets.

You will manage the dining process within budget, participate in hiring and orientation of staff, ensure compliance with sanitary and safety regulations, and stay current with dietary practices.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for patient and visitor safety.
• Certification in accordance with regulatory agencies governing the nursing center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food planning, menu formulation, and preparation for regular and therapeutic diets.
• Supervise department activities and provide guidance to staff.
