Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with client business strategy and community goals.
• Walk through operations to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards.
• Lead team meetings, coach staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor budgeting, food cost controls, and financial performance against budget.
• Maintain exceptional resident and client satisfaction through service excellence.
