The position calls for strong leadership, deep foodservice knowledge, and a proven ability to manage budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent financial, budgetary, accounting, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategies aligned with client business strategy and community goals.
• Oversee food & beverage operations and ensure high-quality dining experiences.
• Manage safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead on-site leadership team, coach staff, and drive a positive work environment.
• Monitor resident and client satisfaction and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide timely updates to executives and communicate across departments.
