• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service and 1–3 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labor and food costs.
• Excellent communication with clients, employees and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching and managing performance.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to the client.
• Adopt and manage financial performance, including revenue, cost controls and P&L ownership.
• Drive productivity through efficient operations, cost controls and profit management.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
• Establish and maintain systems for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food products.
