Job summary

Aramark seeks a Food Service Director to lead dining operations, develop and execute menus for clients in the correctional services space. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, ensure safety standards and drive service quality to meet client expectations.

In this role you will mentor teams, optimize labor and food costs, coordinate with client management, and align operations with Aramark's Executional Framework while upholding compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain client rapport across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams including recruiting, training and coaching.
• Oversee dining operations, ensuring safety, sanitation and quality.
• Manage budgets, control food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure P&L statements are prepared and maintained.
• Coordinate production, distribution and service to meet client needs.
• Maintain strong client relations and communicate progress effectively.
• Support sales process and identify opportunities for service growth.
