Job summary

University Health in San Antonio seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee the clinical and administrative direction of all dialysis programs within our health system, including renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient dialysis, home modalities, and jail services.

You will lead a multi-site team, manage budgets and policies, collaborate with Medical Directors to improve quality and compliance, and serve as a community liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required); Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• Current RN license in Texas; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; recruit and develop talent.
• Manage operational and capital budgets; develop and update policies.
• Lead community relations and represent dialysis services publicly.
