Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the clinical direction of all dialysis programs across our health system. You will guide patient care, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include oversight of HR, budgeting, policy development, and community relations, driving growth and efficiency. Relocation assistance is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; leadership in multi-system dialysis operations preferred.
• Certifications: Current RN license in Texas; AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor.
• Skills: Leadership, strong communication; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor staff; manage staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and planning to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies for compliance.
• Act as liaison with the community and represent dialysis services publicly.
