Job summary

University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the dialysis operations across the system, including the renal clinic, inpatient and outpatient programs, home dialysis modalities, and jail dialysis services.

You will partner with Medical Directors to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and manage budgets while delivering patient-centered care in a community-focused health system.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required).
• Master's degree preferred? (not required)
• RN license in Texas (required) and BLS certification.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to support growth and efficiency.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies for compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in professional and community forums.
