Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee administration and clinical direction of all dialysis services within our health system. The role covers renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient dialysis, home dialysis, and jail dialysis programs.

You will collaborate with Medical Directors to plan, organize, and drive growth and efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff, lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and attainment of goals.
• Develop and update policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance in clinical and administrative areas.
• Act as liaison between University Health and the community in relation to dialysis services.
