Job summary

University Health in San Antonio seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within the health system. You will collaborate with Medical Directors to plan and grow dialysis services while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

You will oversee patient care across multiple sites, supervise staff, manage budgets, and develop policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; multi-system leadership preferred.
• Certifications: Valid RN license (Texas); BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development.
• Manage operational and capital budgets; optimize resource use.
• Develop and update policies to meet healthcare regulations.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
