This executive role defines innovation strategy, driving cohesive Lenovo experiences and inspiring teams to create paradigm-shifting products through storytelling, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product, experience, or innovation design.
• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary design organizations.
• Proven experience leading both physical product and digital experience design teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the experience design vision for future hardware and software products.
• Set long-term innovation roadmap aligned with Lenovo's product strategy.
• Differentiate Lenovo experiences across devices in look, feel, and function.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (hardware, software, researchers, prototyping).
• Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and innovation.
• Lead 0-to-1 exploratory design initiatives and rapid prototyping.
• Create integrated physical-digital experiences across devices and modalities.
• Partner with Engineering, PM, Research, and business leaders.
• Champion human-centered design and use insights to guide decisions.
