Experience guiding centralized corporate functions is highly valued. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential, with a focus on improving efficiency and moving strategic initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public or business management, public or business administration, or related field.
• Nine years of progressively responsible managerial experience.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License upon hire.
• ICMA Credentialed Manager (ICMA-CM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization through transformation and change management.
• Drive centralization of corporate functions and improve efficiency across departments.
• Build trust and credibility with all levels of the organization.
• Plan and guide strategic initiatives to advance operational performance and service delivery.
• Oversee Finance & Budget, Human Resources, Information Technology, Office of Communications, and Office of Innovation.
