Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public or business management, public or business administration, or a related degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of nine years increasingly responsible managerial experience.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Finance & Budget, Human Resources, Information Technology, Office of Communications, and Office of Innovation departments.
• Lead organizational transformation and centralization of corporate functions where appropriate.
• Develop and communicate with stakeholders to build trust, credibility, and consensus across the organization.
