Job summary

Bridgenext seeks a hands‑on Delivery Director to lead a major insurance and wealth/asset management engagement. You will oversee health, governance, and execution across a multi‑business‑unit portfolio, reporting to the SVP of Delivery.

You will drive program execution, financial management, and client relationships, partnering with architects and platform teams to ensure measurable outcomes and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 12+ years in technology delivery, consulting, or multi-practice leadership.
• Proven end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑workstream programs.
• 5+ years in senior delivery or technology leadership for large enterprise accounts.
• Experience with financial services/insurance/wealth management clients.
• Technical depth across cloud, data, AI/GenAI, Salesforce, APIs, DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior Bridgenext delivery leader for a strategic enterprise account.
• Own overall health of the account portfolio across delivery, quality, and financials.
• Establish delivery rhythms, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and practice teams to remove blockers.
