Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in insurance, managed services, or professional services.
• Proven track record building, scaling, or transforming managed services.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with pricing and recurring revenue experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision for Baker Tilly’s Insurance Managed Services business.
• Identify and scale managed services across underwriting, policy administration, claims, and finance.
• Lead transitions from projects to long-term managed services relationships.
• Partner with Insurance, Managed Services, Technology, Data & AI, Risk & Compliance, and Growth teams.
