Job summary

Brim Financial is seeking a Director, Project Management & Client Coverage to lead implementation and ongoing delivery for banking and fintech clients. You’ll own scope, timeline, risk, and cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and customers.

You are a senior, high-energy individual contributor who builds trust with senior stakeholders, manages multi-workstream rollouts, and translates client needs into actionable roadmap input for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in consulting and project management with enterprise relationships.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders on large-scale implementations.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with executive-ready delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of complex, large-scale digital banking and payments platform implementations.
• Manage scope, timeline, risk and cross-functional coordination to deliver on time.
• Build and run minimum-viable processes for multi-workstream rollouts; avoid heavyweight frameworks.
• Own client-facing status communications from weekly detail to executive summaries.
• Develop coverage for existing clients: build and grow relationships across a portfolio.
• Run QBRs, roadmap check-ins, prioritization sessions with product and engineering leads.
