The role requires strategic oversight of Student Engagement, Student Union, and Fitness & Wellness, coordinating with Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Athletics, and Housing. A strong background in budgeting, assessment, and staff development is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Student Personnel, higher education administration, or related field required.
• Doctorate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years leadership experience in higher education.
• Experience with student success, retention, and persistence efforts.
• Experience in programmatic assessment, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the student experience.
• Shape and implement a comprehensive co-curricular vision.
• Overlap with Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Athletics and Housing.
• Mentor staff and develop future leaders within the division.
• Support student care, conduct, and crisis response with 24/7 on-call coverage.
