Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL seeks an Associate Director for Student Government, Student Engagement & Student Union to provide visionary leadership and strategic support to campus life.

You will advise the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the SGA, develop leadership programs, and supervise the SGA Services Manager while collaborating with a broad team of professionals across campus to strengthen student engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Student Affairs, Counseling, Higher Ed Administration or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of full-time experience in higher ed student affairs is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day advisement for the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the SGA.
• Advise, train, and empower student leaders and develop leadership programs.
• Supervise the SGA Services Manager and collaborate with campus engagement teams.
