Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach is seeking a Dean of Students to provide strategic leadership for the Division of Student Affairs, including Housing & Residential Life, Counseling, Health Services, Fitness, Center for Faith and Spirituality, and Student Engagement.

The Dean will develop policies, supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with Prescott and Worldwide campuses to ensure a seamless, inclusive student experience aligned with the university’s mission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or related field required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years in student affairs with leadership experience.
• Experience in crisis management and student conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the Division of Student Affairs.
• Develop and implement policies and programs to support student success.
• Supervise staff and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with campuses to ensure seamless student affairs across the university.
• Oversee student welfare and crisis response as needed.
