• Administer the College's general operations and curriculum organization.
• Assist in recruitment of faculty and recommend faculty for employment.
• Aid in student recruitment and manage College budget within approved limits.
• Pursue grant funds and evaluate teacher effectiveness; advise on salary, rank, tenure, and retention.
• Promote faculty development and meet with faculty and nursing majors regularly.
• Serve as ex-officio on College committees and support public relations efforts.
