Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Senior BI Developer / Data Analyst IV to act as the primary analytics resource for Holdings-level functions, partnering with executive stakeholders to translate needs into robust data solutions. The role blends data engineering, modeling, and analytics delivery, with emphasis on confidentiality of financial data and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or BI roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency and optimization skills.
• Experience modeling dimensional data and relational architectures.
• Proven ability to work with exec/senior stakeholders and translate needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate data needs into analytics solutions.
• Serve as a trusted data advisor to Holdings leadership and surface actionable insights.
• Design enterprise data models to support scalable, high‑performance reporting.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Azure, APIs, finance/HR systems).
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for Fabric implementation and data infrastructure initiatives.
• Establish data integrity standards and governance across reporting environments.
