Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Senior Data Engineer/Analyst IV to join its corporate analytics team in Texas. You will partner with executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, build enterprise data models, and maintain ETL pipelines supporting finance, HR, payroll, and IT reporting.

The role blends data engineering, modeling, and analytics delivery with high visibility and governance responsibilities while contributing to Microsoft Fabric and AI-driven dashboards

Qualifications

5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or BI roles.
Experience translating business needs into data requirements.
Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytics solutions.
Design and build enterprise data models for scalable reporting across Holdings.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows.
Ensure data integrity and governance standards across environments.
Deliver dashboards and reports for executive and operational use.
Support AI-assisted analytics and real-time visualization initiatives.
