Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Data Analytics Principal/Director to partner with senior executives in Financial Services, driving data and AI initiatives across Canada and promoting EPAM data capabilities in the region.

You will lead strategic engagements, manage a portfolio of FS projects, and guide teams through program vision, governance, and client storytelling. A strong FS data/AI background and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data technology and consulting in financial services.
• Proven C-level consulting expertise with hands-on cloud data ecosystem tools (Databricks, Azure).
• Deep banking data models, regulations, and KPIs (Basel 2/3, BCBS 239, AML/KYC).

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-level executives on data and AI initiatives and strategy.
• Own RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and lead strategic pursuits.
• Manage the Financial Services project portfolio and client relationships.
• Lead engagements from vision to governance and success criteria.
• Mentor consultants in Financial Services Data and Analytics.
