Clarivate is seeking a Senior Director, Cyber Security to lead enterprise-wide security strategy, operations, and risk management across healthcare, life sciences, and regulated environments. You will collaborate with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership.

The role emphasizes building resilient security programs, improving control maturity, and guiding a global team to protect Clarivate's systems, data, and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of cyber security experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences.
• 5+ years leading cyber security teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with healthcare/regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA) and data integrity principles.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise cyber security strategy, roadmaps, controls, and operating models.
• Experience overseeing security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, threat monitoring, or cyber risk management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to translate cyber risk and metrics into clear executive recommendations

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the cyber security strategy, roadmap, and operating model to reduce enterprise risk.
• Lead cyber security programs across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and leaders to embed security into products and processes.
• Oversee monitoring, escalation, investigation, and response to incidents with internal and external coordination.
• Drive improvement of controls, policies, standards, dashboards, and metrics aligned to requirements.
• Develop and lead a high-performing cyber security team with staffing and capability development.
• Communicate cyber risk and program performance to executive audiences and stakeholders.
