Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an experienced Senior CXO Customer Advocacy Manager to own two programs: customer stories and the CXO Visionaries community, engaging Fortune 500 and Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. You will translate cyber resilience outcomes into influential narratives and manage end-to-end program lifecycles.

The role requires deep technical fluency, strong interviewing skills, and collaboration with sales, product, and marketing to drive executive storytelling and industry thought

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, technical content strategy, or a closely adjacent field with direct ownership of a customer story, reference, or executive community program.
• Solid background in data protection, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, cyber resilience, backup, AI or similar.
• Technical fluency to discuss ransomware recovery, identity resilience, or hybrid cloud data protection with CISOs/IT leaders.
• Ability to write clearly about complex technical topics for a senior business audience, without jargon.
• Strong interviewing instincts to draw out real stories rather than polished testimonials.
• Experience working in enterprise sales environments and understanding how customer proof points factor into deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates across key verticals, geographies, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer discovery conversations to surface operational impact and outcomes.
• Write and produce first-draft narratives across formats (written stories, video briefs, executive one-pagers, abstracts).
• Own and operate the CXO Visionaries program end to end for Fortune 500/Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, CTOs.
• Develop CXO Visionary profiles and design the CXO Visionaries award program.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely access to threat intelligence for members.
• Ensure customer stories reflect correct technical context and platform capabilities.
