Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Senior CXO Customer Advocacy Manager to own customer storytelling and the exclusive CXO Visionaries community. You will craft narratives grounded in data protection, cyber resilience, and incident recovery for CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs at Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies.

You will lead discovery conversations, build scalable processes, and coordinate across Sales, Success, Product, and Zero Labs to ensure accurate technical context and compelling executive content.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or related field with ownership of a customer story or executive community program
• Solid background in data protection, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, cyber resilience, backup, AI or similar
• Technical fluency to discuss ransomware recovery, identity resilience, and hybrid cloud data protection with CISOs/IT leaders
• Ability to write clearly about technical topics for a senior business audience without jargon
• Strong interviewing instincts to draw out real stories, not polished testimonials
• Experience working in enterprise sales environments and understanding how proof points factor into deals

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates across key verticals, geographies, and use cases
• Lead discovery conversations to surface operational impact and outcomes
• Write and produce narratives across formats: customer stories, video briefs, executive one-pagers, event abstracts
• Own and operate the CXO Visionaries program end to end for Fortune 500/Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, CTOs
• Develop CXO Visionary profiles and coordinate speaking engagements and awards
• Coordinate with Zero Labs to provide members access to threat intelligence and strengthen cyber defenses
• Define and enforce quality standards for Rubrik customer stories and track usage across teams
