Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior CXO Customer Advocacy Manager to lead two flagship programs—customer storytelling and the CXO Visionaries community. You will own end-to-end lifecycle, partner across sales, product, and security, and craft technically grounded narratives that resonate with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.

In this builder role, you will establish scalable processes, ensure content accuracy with Zero Labs collaboration, and drive executive thought leadership through earnings readiness and media

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related field with direct ownership of a customer story or executive community program
• Solid background in data protection, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, cyber resilience, backup, AI or similar
• Technical fluency to discuss ransomware recovery, identity resilience, and hybrid cloud data protection with senior IT leaders
• Ability to write clearly about complex technical topics for a senior business audience without jargon
• Strong interviewing instincts to draw out a real story rather than a polished testimonial
• Experience working in enterprise sales environments with understanding of proof points in deals and executive conversations
• Preferred: experience managing executive community, customer advisory, or peer networks
• Preferred: experience at a company navigating rapid scale or major platform transitions

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates with sales, customer success, and product/engineering teams
• Lead customer discovery conversations to surface operational impact of Rubrik's platform
• Write and produce first-draft narratives across formats (written stories, video briefs, executive one-pagers)
• Own and operate the CXO Visionaries program end to end for Fortune 500/Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, CTOs
• Develop CXO Visionary profiles and award programs, and coordinate keynote speaking and media opportunities
• Design the CXO Visionaries spotlight and align with editorial plans
• Coordinate with Rubrik Zero Labs to provide members with access to threat intelligence
• Develop technical context with product teams to ensure accuracy of customer stories
• Define quality standards for customer stories and enforce them consistently
• Track usage and impact across sales, events, PR, and executive engagements
