Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Senior CXO Customer Advocacy Manager to lead its customer story program and the CXO Visionaries community for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. You will identify, discover, and translate complex cyber resilience outcomes into board-ready narratives while coordinating with sales, product, and PR teams.

The role combines storytelling craft with technical depth to ensure credible, repeatable outcomes and engaging executive content.

Qualifications

12+ years in product marketing/management or related field with ownership of customer stories.
Strong background in data protection and cybersecurity, cyber resilience, backup, or AI.
Technical fluency to discuss ransomware recovery with CISOs/IT leaders.
Clear writing for senior business audience on complex topics.
Strong interviewing instincts to elicit real stories.
Experience in enterprise sales with customer proof points.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates across key verticals, in partnership with sales, customer success, and product/engineering teams.
Lead customer discovery conversations to surface operational impact and outcomes.
Write and produce first-draft narratives across formats including written stories, video briefs, and event-ready abstracts.
Own and operate the CXO Visionaries program end to end for Fortune 500/Global 2000 CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.
Develop CXO Visionary profiles and manage award programs and executive thought leadership opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to integrate customer proof points into executive content and events.
Collaborate with PR/communications to surface stories for media, bylines, and speaking engagements.
Manage internal tracking systems and workflows from first conversation to published asset.
Define quality standards for Rubrik customer stories and enforce them.
Track usage and impact across sales, events, and investor contexts.
