Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Chef and Culinary Manager.
• Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and production.
• Experience in cruise ships, country clubs, or batch cooking a plus.
• Knowledge of local health department, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies

Responsibilities

• Operate a fun and professional department reflecting excellence and a high-energy environment.
• Lead with visibility to ensure top customer satisfaction in food service.
• Collaborate with other departments to offer specialty dishes for events.
• Execute menu cycles compliant with dietary criteria and ensure quality, appearance and presentation.
• Support Marketing by showcasing culinary services to prospective residents and families.
• Provide weekly and quarterly reports to General Manager on staffing, budget, and vendor relations.
• Foster a cohesive team with strong morale and staff retention
