Job summary

Sia Experience – Ready Set Rocket seeks an Executive Creative Director to lead integrated creative and steward the agency-wide vision. This role is based in New York, NY onsite.

You will elevate the creative standard across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns and experiences, translating complex topics into compelling stories that engage audiences and drive action. The position requires 15+ years of senior leadership and a strong client-facing track record.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of creative experience in a full-service digital or integrated agency.
• Proven experience as an Executive Creative Director leading integrated work.
• Strong creative judgment across visual systems and storytelling.
• Demonstrated business acumen including staffing, budgets and growth.
• Exceptional client presence and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and elevate RSR’s creative vision with a clear point of view.
• Champion concept and storytelling across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns and experiences.
• Lead copy and design leadership and maintain high creative standards.
• Translate complex subjects into accessible stories that connect and inspire action.
• Shape persuasive narratives and presentations to win client confidence.
• Grow client scopes and new business while expanding agency partnerships.
