Responsibilities

• Provide executive and strategic legal counsel to the President of Transmission and leadership team.
• Lead the legal strategy for commercial, procurement, and real estate matters affecting Transmission assets.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and oversee due diligence and risk assessment.
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate with enterprise legal for alignment and governance.
