Qualifications

• Experience providing legal advice to executive-level leadership.
• Experience with CHRO, FOI, and litigation.
• Ability to write legal documents, investigatory reports, and policies.
• Experience conducting administrative hearings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and advise on compliance.
• Represent the agency in administrative hearings.
• Negotiate legal documents.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure adherence to statutes and regulations.
• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate compliance efforts across the agency.
