Job summary

George's is seeking a Pilot to oversee the safe, efficient operation of our corporate aircraft in Springdale, AR. You will apply FAA rules, flight planning, weather evaluation, and aircraft readiness to support executives, employees, customers, and guests.

The role requires 3+ years of flight experience, an FAA CPL/ATPL, instrument rating, EMB-550 type rating, and the ability to travel overnight. We value discretion, safety, and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional flight experience and 1,500 hours total flight time.
• Current FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate as required for the aircraft.
• Current FAA medical certificate appropriate for the operation.
• Current instrument rating and EMB-550 type rating.
• Preference for Bachelor's degree in aviation, aeronautics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate company aircraft safely and professionally per FAA rules and policies.
• Plan and conduct flights including route, fuel, weather, and alternate planning.
• Perform preflight and postflight inspections and verify airworthiness and readiness.
• Review weather and NOTAMs; delay, divert, or cancel when needed.
• Provide passengers with clear safety briefings and professional service.
• Maintain flight logs, duty time, fuel, and other documentation.
• Maintain required pilot certificates, medicals, and currency.
• Protect confidential information and travel schedules.
• Support fueling, catering, ground transport, and hangar services.
• Remain available for variable schedules and overnight travel.
• Respond to emergencies and file required safety reports.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate

FAA medical certificate appropriate for the operation

Instrument rating and EMB-550 type rating
