Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Corporate Pilot to join our flight department, delivering safe, seamless air transportation for our executive leadership and guests. You will alternate between Captain and First Officer duties as assigned.

You will operate under FAA regulations, perform thorough pre-flight planning, manage flight logs, expenses, and training records, and provide a premium, concierge-level passenger experience. Strong judgment and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP with Multi-Engine Land rating required.
• Minimum 3,000 total flight hours; 1,000 as PIC; 500 in multi-engine turbine.
• Current US passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Clean FAA record; no sponsorship needed for US employment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) on domestic and international flights.
• Pre-flight planning: weather, fuel, weight and balance, performance calculations.
• Maintain flight logs, expense reports, and training records.
• Provide premium, concierge-level passenger service and coordination.
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness and coordination with maintenance personnel.
• Adhere to FAA regulations and company SOPs; support SMS policies.
