Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA or related).
• 15+ years in accounting/finance with progressive leadership roles.
• Experience with private equity-backed and multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations with GAAP compliance and timely close.
• Oversee internal controls, risk assessment, and financial governance.
• Partner with CFO/execs on strategy, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Drive ERP modernization, process standardization, and analytics.
• Manage external reporting, audits, and lender relations.
