Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Corporate Access, IR, investment banking or related financial services
• Experience working with public company management and IR teams preferred
• Strong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and investment research process
• Industrials or Small Cap exposure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/MBA or IR certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, IR teams, sell-side partners, industry experts, and third-party providers
• Serve as a trusted representative to senior-level stakeholders and executive leadership
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, site visits, field trips, expert engagements, and conference calls
• Research companies, industries, and market developments to identify differentiated access opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Technology, Research Data Services, Meetings & Events, and Sales teams
• Maintain activity records and support process improvement initiatives
