Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Corporate Access professional for a leading global investment management firm on a 1-year contract, with the option to extend. The role can be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, offering flexible start times and occasional travel.

Ideal candidates bring 5-8+ years in Corporate Access or related areas, a strong network with public company management teams, and a solid grasp of capital markets.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Institutional Sales, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a related financial services role.
• Experience working directly with public company management teams and Investor Relations professionals strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and the investment research process.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA, MBA, Investor Relations certifications, or similar credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Investor Relations teams, sell-side partners, industry experts, and third-party providers.
• Serve as a trusted representative to senior-level stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Coordinate management meetings, conferences, site visits, field trips, expert engagements, and conference calls.
• Research companies, industries, and market developments to identify differentiated access opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Technology, Research Data Services, Meetings & Events, and Sales teams.
• Maintain activity records and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
