Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business Administration required. MBA or MHS preferred.
• Five to eight years of physician practice/healthcare management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple practices across a wide geographic area desired.
• Knowledge of financial management, revenue cycle, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, planning, and team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for physician operations across IPM.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UHSPS policies and procedures.
• Support development and implementation of compliance, training, and education programs.
• Guide regional directors and market managers on financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with physician recruiting and hospital liaisons to place qualified physicians.
