Kforce Inc is working with a client in the Menomonee Falls, WI area to fill a Vice President Controller role. The position serves as a strategic partner to the SVP Finance and the executive leadership team on financial performance, balance sheet strategy, and enterprise risk.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
CPA required.
Ten years of progressive responsibility in leading a corporate finance program.
Deep expertise in GAAP and financial reporting in complex organizations.
Public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the system and affiliates; Elevate accounting as a forward-looking, insight-generating function; Communicate financial results and key drivers clearly.
Lead the modernization of the financial close process (speed, accuracy, automation, standardization); Emphasize automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and enhance analytics.
