You will work with executives, marketing, and cross-functional partners to shape topics, bring content to life across channels, and measure impact.

The role also oversees the in-house video studio and other content opportunities, with room to evolve as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, content writing, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience using performance metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategy.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and social media best practices.
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or commerce industry

Responsibilities

• Lead Harvest Group's executive content strategy, owning the planning, development, publishing, and measurement of content across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with marketing, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify timely content opportunities that align with company priorities and strategic narratives.
• Build scalable processes and workflows that enable Harvest Group's content strategy to expand across additional leaders and business initiatives over time.
• Oversee project management and prioritization for Harvest Group's in‑house video studio, ensuring efficient planning and execution of video initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging content, social media, and digital marketing trends, applying new ideas and best practices to strengthen Harvest Group's marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
