Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our Boise team on high‑level construction projects across multiple sectors. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, client relations, and deliveringProjects within scope, time, and budget.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of commercial construction leadership, a strong grasp of project financials, contracts, and risk, and hands-on experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead large or complex commercial projects and multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk, and operations.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large/complex commercial construction projects.
• Direct project teams and ensure alignment with client goals and budgets.
• Oversee project financials, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Develop and mentor junior managers and project staff.
• Maintain executive-level communication with stakeholders and clients.
