Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum six years of progressive hospitality management experience within a full-service hotel, resort, or comparable environment.
• Director-level experience required; minimum five years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency with event planning systems, software, and diagramming tools.
• Proven track record managing complex events, budgets, and departmental teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for assigned conference programs and daily departmental functions.
• Oversee on-site execution to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead conference planning operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain active onsite presence and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Develop processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead, develop, and coach Conference Planning managers and coordinators.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to align objectives with goals and budgets.
