Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior/experienced professional to lead executive compensation and equity administration for officers and senior leaders in the Milwaukee area.

You will drive annual salary planning, incentive programs, and long‑term equity initiatives while partnering with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Equity teams. Strong modeling, reporting, and governance experience are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive compensation experience or equity administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Workday Compensation.
• Experience administering equity compensation programs.
• Experience with equity administration platforms (Shareworks, E*TRADE, Fidelity, Carta, Merrill, etc.).
• Strong executive reporting, analytics, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting executive compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer executive compensation programs for officers and senior leadership.
• Support annual salary planning, incentive compensation, and long‑term incentive programs.
• Manage executive equity programs including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options.
• Process grants, manage vesting schedules, and maintain award documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Equity Administration teams.
• Prepare executive compensation analyses, peer benchmarking, and market studies.
• Support Compensation Committee and Board materials and reporting.
• Assist with executive compensation disclosures and governance requirements.
• Maintain compensation records, controls, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Develop executive compensation dashboards and reporting metrics.
• Perform compensation modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
• Support compliance with insider trading, claw back, and stock ownership policies.
